UPDATE 11/06: Sold Out THANK YOU 🙏🏽 🩷🩷While the Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, the energy of this particular moment is gently asking us for a “power pause.” With the Sun entering the intuitive, nurturing sign of Cancer and Mercury preparing to retrograde, the universe isn’t asking us for more heat. It’s asking us to slow down, turn inward, and create a sanctuary for deep restoration.

Our nervous systems aren’t asking for a workout; they are craving a safe container to downshift, integrate, and simply be. To support you through this beautiful cosmic shift, we offering a special gathering to help you absorb the light of the solstice rather than burn it off...

We invite you to slip into your comfiest loungewear for the ultimate Friday night decompression. We will begin with an immersive and meditative 60 min heart-opening Solar Yin Yoga practice to unbind the physical tension of the workweek and open the body’s meridians. From there, you will melt into a deeply restorative Gong Bath + Sound Journey. The vibrations of the gong and other instruments will clear mental clutter, altering brainwave frequencies to promote deep nervous system regulation, nervous tension release, and cellular renewal. You will float out of the studio completely grounded and ready for the deepest sleep of the summer.

Magic in the making. ✨🇲🇦 While the cafe and studio doors are closed back home, we are currently immersed in the stillness of our Marrakech retreat. There is something truly transformative about a floating gong bath under the Moroccan sun—pure bliss for our guests here at our private home.

To our studio regulars: Thank you so much for your patience while we take this break. We are so grateful for this community.
🗓 Note: Jenny & Neil’s studio classes are on hold until May 18th. We look forward to being back in the studio with you all in just a few weeks! 🌿
