Way of the Human A path to health & happiness in the 21st Century – a contemporary approach to ancient indigenous wisdom teachings.

The 'Way of the Human' represents a high state of awareness, a web resource, training programme and on-line community. The teachings (which are geared towards freeing our minds so that we may live healthier, happier and more purposeful lives) are mirrored by much of our contemporary scientific understandings of life and address the Human condition and the true nature of reality. The tradition that

informs what we offer via Way of the Human, passed through the Yucatan region of Central America and flourished during the times of the Mayan and pre-Mayan cultures. They were cultures highly sophisticated in their agriculture, mathematics and astronomy and in their understanding of the Human Psyche and of the mechanics and interrelatedness of Life.

Just got back from the Falmouth Mind Body Spirit Festival. It was a two day event which was an interesting, and enjoyable aspect to being there. I held talks and workshops on both days. The talks introduced illusions, wholeness and how we fragment wholeness in the Self (and therefore compromise our health and happiness). The two workshops were on remembering our true nature and how the past, and our sense of identity, affect our purpose and how we move forward in life. Good times!

The Brazilian Senate is about to endorse a bill that would dangerously weaken the protection of the Amazon. In 4 days, indigenous people will lead marches across Brazil to stop the destruction. Let’s stand with them and make this a global march to save the Amazon!
