It’s nearly that time again - the Awsome Foursome Quadrathlon, 3rd October is a month away!

You can race on either our full course or sprint route - both following beautiful routes around Bude!

Swim, cycle, paddle run! You can enter as an individual, pair or team!

Make the most of Bude’s sheltered bay for the swim - perfect for anyone’s first time sea swim!

The paddle leg of the race laps Bude’s canal. You don’t need a fancy boat, any kayak will do!

We will have the digital version up soon but for now here are all of the results and timings.

Also it’s your last chance to enter the Cornish Nutcracker, if you want to join us and take on some of our most challenging hills next Sunday then make sure you sign up by the end of the day!

What a brilliant day we had at this years Triathlon! We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to compete, to volunteer and to support - it wouldn’t be the same without you!

Don’t forget the year isn’t over and there’s still time to sign up for the Awesome Foursome Quadrathlon and the Cornish Nutcracker - we hope to see you there!
