IMPORTANT!!!!

Our booking system is changing.
As some of you will know, the current system (Go Team Up) has upped its pricing 😒
As a result I've made the decision to move to a different booking system. Please bare with me while I iron out any bumps and get used to working my way round it. I will be transferring credits over ASAP as well as adding some new classes.

On Saturday 28th January, we have the amazing Glenn Balsam at the studio. We have limited slots available for you to book in and get some pics of your favourite moves (Pole & Aerial).
Vicky will be on hand to help with poses/angles and to spot if needed.

On Wednesday 14th December at 19:15 we have a guest instructor running a heels dance workshop (no pole!)

Some of you already know the lush Amy;

She has been dancing since she was 3 years old, and has trained mainly in Contemporary, Lyrical, commercial Jazz and street dance. When she is not dancing she is usually talking about gadgets, going out for dinner with friends or hanging upside down in a hoop!

This workshop is for all levels, feel free to dress to impress or something comfy cosy. I wouldn't recommend pleasers for this class, bring some heels that aren't too high and comfy to wear for 75mins!
