The road racing season is upon us! Do you have your sights set on a event/race or PB from anything 5k to Marathon? 🏅
Are you looking for a structured training plan in order to get the best out of yourself come race day? 🗓
If so, look no further! I have spent some time putting together 12-16 week distance-specific plans (5k, 10k Half/Marathon) to help you achieve your goals!🤓 - given they’re realistic of course! 😉
These plans can also be adapted, so if you prefer a week-by-week responsive approach with weekly check-ins and adjustments made in light of your progress or lifestyle etc, this can also be provided! 😊
All plans can be delivered through either an app, excel or Google sheets if nerdy spreadsheets are more your cuppa’ tea!
