Fancy joining these legends?? Every Friday at the Club! 🏏💙🏏

Women’s Softball training is officially getting underway this Friday at Northop Hall CC, and it’s the perfect time to get involved 🏏

These sessions are all about getting stuck into the game, whether you're looking to sharpen your skills or you've never even tried softball cricket before.

Everyone is welcome to come down and join the squad. It’s a relaxed environment focused on getting active and learning the sport together.

Ladies 2s WIN 5-2 away against Rhyl 1s in the last game of the season!

After an early goal from Rhyl (wakey wakey) Ree Morris pulled the Hall back to 1-1 a few minutes later with a super far post finish from a brilliant pass from Emily Williams.
Hall continued to pressure the Rhyl defence and Rachel Topsy Turvdog White slotted one home. Rhyl got another back just before half time. 2-2
Lisa Tomo Thomas’s half time team talk seemed to do the trick though as Hall dominated the second half, Emily Williams and Kelly Chief Stevens scoring from excellently worked penalty corners.
Two Goals Topsy bagged another after some more hard work from Ree. 5-2 to the Hall. Interesting match with the variety of weathers, emotions and decisions.

So with all games played, the 2s have finished 9 out of 12 and avoided regulation this year 🥳

Thank you so much to every single person who has played and/or umpired for the 2s this season. We’ve had some great results thanks to everyone’s hard work and really turned things around after Christmas. We go again next season stronger than ever!

👑 Player of the Match - Kelly Chief Stevens for her superb work in midfield and ‘actually scoring’ a cheeky goal in the last game.
🍩 Dwad of the Day - Sonia Tweety Holdsworth for inventive ways of avoiding a green card and occasionally playing golf instead of hockey.

Also happy birthday to Captain Fantastic Lisa Thomas and to Joc Hanekom too - who doesn’t love a Colin the Caterpillar 💕 🐛 🎂

The Mighty 3s lost Something - 1 away at Denbigh in the last game of the season. Some lovely play and a great goal came from a beautiful cross by Jess Morgan to Bella Ferguson who slotted it in at the post. These girls are ace ⭐️
👑 Players of the Match - Ceri Davies and Ava Bennett for some great play, especially together - well done girls!💙
🍩 Donut of the Day - April who failed to tell us that she wasn’t meeting us at the club making us late!

Big shout out to Caoimhe for playing in goal for us, she smashed it!

Well done and thanks to everyone who played in the Mighty 3s this season, keeping the vibes fresh, the bants high and the fun aplenty. Huge thanks to for captaining this side in such a great way, encouraging everyone and keeping it positive all the time. Top skipper skills 💙🏑🤍
