Ashtanga Yoga can sometimes look like something you need to “arrive” at before you even begin!

Flexible enough. Strong enough. Experienced enough😒

But the tradition itself has always been wayyyy simpler than that, as a steady, committed practice that meets you exactly where you are.

In our classes, we honour that traditional framework while making space for real people with real bodies, real lives, and real starting points. You don’t need to know the sequence, and you don’t need to look a certain way!

Over time, the practice builds strength, focus and resilience 💪

We have a whole range of classes to support all bodies & abilities, whether you’re completely new, returning to your practice, or looking for deep rest.

The studio is a calm, welcoming space where you can move, rest, and reset 🙌 No pressure & no experience needed.
