Could you do with a few days to slow down, switch off and properly breathe?

I’m hosting a beautiful Winter Yin Retreat in the mountains of Snowdonia/Eryri this January, a cosy few days designed around rest, restoration and reconnecting with yourself.

Friday 8th – Monday 11th January 2027
📍 Eryri (Snowdonia), North Wales

We’ll be staying in a gorgeous, cosy luxury cottage surrounded by mountains and forests, with our own private yoga studio.

Across the weekend there’ll be:

🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yin & gentle yoga
🌙 Yoga Nidra & sound healing
🌲 Guided nature walks
🏊 Optional winter wild swimming
☕️ Cacao
🎨 Seasonal crafts & workshops
🥣 Delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals
🔥 Cosy evenings, baking, books & plenty of downtime
💆‍♀️ Optional massage
🤍 Time with a lovely small group of like-minded people

There’s no pressure to DO everything.

Just space to rest, breathe, walk, read, nap, eat delicious food and enjoy being somewhere beautiful. ✨

Jess here! Had to create a little reel to covey just HOW PROUD we all are of .gem 🥹

I can remember when was just a dream, a vision that Gem carried long before she created this space we know today.

And now she’s being asked to offer one of her beautiful sound baths ✨ The tent was full to the brim & she received a round of applause 👏🏼

She’s not great and shouting out about herself, so hers to recognising milestones, to watching that dream grow and for it now to be a reality.

Grateful to witness it all Gem 🫶🏼

Yoga is a pretty cool way to remind your brain that your body is actually pretty awesome.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the aesthetics of yoga, but building strong muscles, healthy bones & a healthy mindset? That’s where it’s at✌️✨
