I just want to say how proud I am of everyone. The progress being made across all classes has been incredible to see. Whether you're getting stronger, fitter, more confident, lifting heavier, or simply showing up consistently, you're all moving in the right direction πŸ’ͺ

The scales don't tell the whole story, but this is definitely worth celebrating πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

In just 3 weeks, 8 ladies from SUMMER STRONG 12 have lost a combined 30lbs πŸŽ‰

What's even more impressive is what you can't see:
✨ Increased confidence
✨ Improved fitness
✨ Better habits
✨ More energy
✨ Stronger mindsets

These results haven't come from quick fixes or extreme diets.

They've come from:
βœ… Showing up
βœ… Staying consistent
βœ… Working hard
βœ… Supporting each other
βœ… Trusting the process

Wirral 10K πŸƒβ€β™€οΈβ˜€οΈ

Another race in the books after a busy few weeks of racing. I'm proud to keep showing up and putting the work in.

Really pleased to finish 23rd female and 13th in my category. The consistency is there, the fitness is building, and I know the PBs will come.

A beautiful morning, a great atmosphere, and another reminder of how much I enjoy being part of the running community.

Time for a bit of recovery before focusing on the next goal πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

A special mention to my mum, who continues to smash it and crossed the line in an incredible 1:00:13. So proud to share these race days together and watch all her hard work paying off Judy Field ❀️
