Do you prioritise it? ⠀
I’ve had a few messages through about the magic C-word. WHAT it is? WHY do we need it? HOW do we get it? So, I thought I’d break it down. ⠀

🤷♀️WHAT is it! It’s definitely been a craze for sometime now & rightly so. Our collagen is a very complex protein in our skin & connective tissue, responsible for the strength of bones, ligaments, skin, muscles & hair. Kinda like the glue that holds us together.⠀

🙆♀️WHY we need it! As we age, our collagen levels drop, which can result in wrinkles, thinning hair or joint pain. So it IS important to keep those levels high. ⠀
