Busy mamas, here’s how I save time & energy while juggling it all:
1️⃣ Plan ahead with meals for the week on Sundays.
It’s one less thing to worry about during the week, when we’re already busy making so many other decisions. When I don’t plan ahead, it creates indecision, less control of food budgeting & can lead to not so healthy takeaways. 🫠
2️⃣ Set mini-timers for focused work sessions.
I also suggest creating events in your work calendar for focus time, me time, family time etc in the calendar to create better boundaries & protect your time (it doesn’t always go that way for me, but most of the time it does!). ⏳📆
3️⃣ Delegate or ask for help when you can - it’s not a sign of weakness, it takes a village to raise our children. Don’t forget that! Lean on your support system - the 9-5 working week isn’t designed to support full time working parents. Those you lean on would likely want the favour returned, so it’s a win-win. 👭
