That's all, folks!

After five years, we have had our last session. It has been a brilliant five years with so many great memories and more exercises and drills than I can comprehend!

Thank you to everyone who has attended Buckingham Boot Camp in the past five years, from our regulars who attended almost every session to those who came for just one. I have instructed many boot camps and fitness classes in my career but Buckingham Boot Camp has been my favorite.

I am searching for a new instructor to take over the sessions and I will update this page if I find someone suitable. If you are an instructor looking to take on a boot camp, please get in touch.
