Two months ago, we opened the gates for our very first Technical Development Centre session.
Today, over 100 young players have experienced what we’re building here at Bows Soccer Buckinghamshire.
When I first launched Bows Soccer Bucks, the vision was simple: create an environment that sits between grassroots football and a professional academy. Somewhere players could receive high-intensity, individual technical coaching in a group setting, while developing confidence, work ethic and a real love for the game.
Two months later, we’re only just getting started.
The biggest reward hasn’t been the numbers. It’s been hearing parents tell me things like…
“My child can’t wait to come back next week.”
Those simple words make every hour of planning, every session, every late night and every challenge worthwhile.
Watching players grow in confidence, embrace our values and begin expressing themselves on the pitch is exactly why I started this journey.

Summer Holiday sessions continue throughout August in Winslow, before we return to The Royal Latin, Buckingham in September ready to keep raising the standards.
