A little reintroduction 💙
Hello everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here, but now that I’m settling in to life over at .co.uk, I’m excited to start using this page again - both to celebrate my clients’ amazing achievements, and to share some education and guidance around the (sometimes confusing) world of health and fitness!
But first, a quick reintroduction:
I’m Louise – a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident and completely at home in the gym.
I have a 1st class degree in Sport & Exercise Science, and a background in competitive swimming and dance, all of which have provided me with a breadth of knowledge and skills to create personalised training programmes that align with your unique needs, abilities and lifestyle.
I’m also qualified for GP referrals, so if you have specific health considerations, I can design a plan that’s both safe and effective for you.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients – from complete beginners building confidence and mastering the basics, to international athletes chasing marginal gains.
I truly believe that every goal is valid, every win is worth celebrating, and I’m all about making sure you enjoy the process as much as the results.
Outside of the gym I’m a big F1 fan (long-suffering Ferrari fan here 🏎️), book lover and newbie traveller! Always happy to chat about the latest Grand Prix, swap book recommendations, or hear your travel tips!
