Due to the adverse weather i will be cancelling tomorrows class. We should be back on friday as normal

What a year it has been, competitions, gradings. Hope everyone has had a good Christmas and looking forward to the year ahead.

We shall be back training on 5th January.
If you fancy burning off those extra calories from the festive period or want to learn something different classes are as follows:
Mondays
Ages 5-9(beginners) start at 19:00 - 19:45
9-upwards start 20:00-21:00

Fridays
5-9(beginners) 18:30 - 19:15
9-upwards 19:30-20:30

Families are welcome to train together in junior class

First session is free.

Just to remind everyone, due to number of students, i will be splitting the junior and senior classes starting tonight.

Mondays
Juniors 19:00-19:45
Seniors 20:00-21:00

Fridays
Juniors: 18:30 - 19:15
Seniors: 19:30 - 20:30

This week’s sunday class, 19th Jan, shall be a grading for the first hour for the lower grade belts from white yellow down all other belt grade date tbc.

The second hour on Sunday shall be focussed on yellow belt upward grading syllabus.
