Morning Meditations - Lovely feedback from the first Friday morning meditation group. Thank you!

The next session will be Friday 4th sept 10-11.15 am

There are still some spaces available if you'd like to join.
You'll receive a warm welcome, guided support and help to get comfortable.
It's always a huge joy to see the difference in people after the session, glowing complexions, a sense of being energised and revitalised, stresses melted away, inner beauty shining through!

You'd be surprised how much an hour of meditation practice can affect your life.

We won't be sitting for a whole hour, I'll guide you through gentle movements to release tension in the body and improve posture.
Breathing exercises to calm the mind. Guided relaxation lying down comfortably, with the support of props if needed.

Short periods of practise meditations and some journaling.

No experience necessary
A nourishing way to start the day and the weekend!

2 Summer dates for your diary!

An opportunity to dive deeper into your spiritual practice, these sessions will be solely focused on finding a technique that helps you to sit comfortably in meditation.
This may not be in the classic crossed leg yoga pose, it may be on a chair or leaning against the wall.

We will be exploring different techniques and practices to see what works for YOU.
The session will include some gentle movement to ease out tension, mainly to align the spine and help you sit comfortably. Some pranayama (breathing practice) and discovering a mantra that works for you.
We will help the mind to empty with a bit of writing and guided relaxation.

Current scientific research is still discovering the amazing benefits for your physical health and mental wellbeing, some of these being:

reduction in anxiety
better sleep
lowering blood pressure
a sense of calm
decrease in stress
better immunity

To name a few!

Personally, when I meditate at the start of the day, I feel more grounded and centred.
I experience a sense of perspective and less overwhelm, I am able to make decisions clearly and sensibly! My aches and pain are not so prevalent.

Thank you Chiara and Aadam for rescuing my leaky, wildlife pond!
We found 14 newts, 1 pregnant one and a toad! Hopefully more wildlife will come, it's looking so enticing! 💗
