On Sunday, Scarlett and Lola competed in the Welsh championships.

They both fought extremely well, gaining two silver medals and a gold (Welsh champion title) between them. Results don't always go the way you think they should, however each tournament is a learning curve.

Ants and I are very proud of the way the girls handled themselves at just 8 and 12 years old. They showed the utmost respect and discipline at all times - even when it's not reciprocated.

Thank you to our team who spent the day supporting from the tournament, from work and from home. We truly have the best support group for all our students - exactly what we set out to do.

Back to training tonight for the next one 🏆🎉
