Monday and Wednesday:
Little Tigers (age 3-6)- 4:45-5:30 (Mondays Only!)
Youth Tae-kwon do (age 7-15)- 5:30-6:30
Adults Tae-kwon do(age 16+) - 6:30-7:30


Tuesday and Thursday:
Tae-kwon do Warriors(age 6-8)- 5:15-6:15
Kids Kickboxing (age 7-12)- 6:15-7:15
Ladies Kickboxing( age 13+)- 7:15-8:15


Your first 2 lessons are free and please do not hesitate to email us for more information.

Good afternoon l!
The adult class will only be an hour tonight 7 to 8pm! I am running a grading for a couple of students the hour after tonight.

Class will finish for 2 weeks after tonight, starting back on the 17th of July. It will only run for an hour over the summer break. Back to the normal when schools go back!
