Classes are friendly and suitable for all levels of fitness. Contact me for more info/timetable I am a fully qualified and insured fitness instructor and have been teaching classes in the area for the past 25 years. Sessions can be tailor made to suit your requirements from group through to individual sessions. Due to the current COVID situation there are currently no classes in halls. I offer a t

imetable with group Park Workouts, 1:1 or small group PT sessions (your house/mine or the park), weekly Health Walk and a Couch to 5k Walk/Run Course (date tbc). Trying to fit exercise into a busy life? Don't want to go to the gym? I also offer online classes via Facebook Live in a private group. £5 a week for 3 classes that you can do live or when it suits you.
