Post Exhaust Set (Compound exercise followed by an Isolation exercise) for upper chest.

Body weight push up with elevated legs, followed immediately by incline dumbbell flys.

👋 I’ve taken this page over from my son, hence the name change etc.

💪🏼 I’m now in a position to offer regular Personal Training from my new fully kitted out home gym in Broughty Ferry. I have brand new commercial grade equipment installed making it a fully functional facility to offer private one to one training taking you away from the busy gym environment.

My professional qualifications consist of:
⁃ Level 2 Fitness Instructor
⁃ Level 3 Personal Trainer
⁃ Level 3 in Sports Conditioning
⁃ Assessor and Verifier

This is what I finished off this for today’s arm session 💪🏼

The full session was:
1) Tri set 1️⃣
a) screw curl - 10 each arm
b) hammer curl - 10 (both arms together)
c) resistance band hammer curl

2) Tri set 2️⃣
a) tricep pushdown - 12
b) weighted dips - failure
c) resistance band over head tricep press - 12

3) Superset (one in video)
a) EZ bar curl - 10
b) overhead EZ bar tricep press - 15

What a way to start the day 💥

500 calorie HIIT session in 30 minutes🔥🔥

Workout:
All exercises 30s on 10s off 7 rounds rest for 30s when switching exercise.
So you do the same exercise for 7 rounds (30s on 10s off) then rest for 30 seconds and swap exercise.
Exercises were:
🔥Split Squats
🔥press ups (on knees if have to)
🔥body weight squat
🔥plank
🔥squat to crawl
🔥burpee press up

If you can’t manage 30s on 10s off adapt the times till you feel comfortable. For example make it 20s on 20s off if you need it to be easier.
