Friday Night yoga class update:-

Just to say I've cancelled the Friday night class at the tennis club during Dec and Jan. Hopefully I will be back with my own class again in February.
I do also teach the following classes at the council gyms if you are free and you fancy a wee class during Dec:-

Mon Olympia Yoga 7-8pm
Tue Douglas Body Balance 7.30pm 45mins
DISC Thur Body Balance 5.15pm 45mins
