New Summer Timetable, New Summer Goals!
Are you ready to feel stronger, move easier, and boost your confidence—both in your body mind? My new weekly timetable starts on 1st June!
Whether you’re looking to get fitter or focus on your strength and balance, there is a space for you. I keep things fun, supportive, and completely judgement free.
Here is what you need to know about the classes:
Move It or Lose It!: A national programme developed by experts in healthy aging, focusing on the FABS formula (Flexibility, Aerobic health, Balance, and Strength). No floor work required, and completely adaptable for seated or standing options to keep you mobile, active, and independent.
Strength & Balance: Focuses functional strength, aerobic health, improving posture, and improving balance. This class is delivered in both circuits as well as instructor-led.
Get Strong! Group PT (Wednesday Evenings): Looking for a personal trainer experience without the price tag? This small-group session gives you tailored coaching, learning to use body and weights to build strength and improve our bone density. Beginners at 6pm, Improvers at 7pm. Spaces are very limited.
Thrive Strength (Thursday Evenings): If you are looking for a full body workout suitable for beginners to improvers, this one is for you. Designed to sculpt, build strength, and leave you feeling great in a fun and supportive environment!
Forthill Sports Club Classes: Come for the movement, stay for the coffee and community! We always make time for a good friendly chat after these sessions. It’s the perfect way to meet new people too.
