🏁 Stourport Road Race! 🛼🔥
MRSC were out this weekend and delivered fab racing all round, with the weather holding for most of the day.

Eliza grabbed a brilliant 🥉 3rd overall in Pupil Girls.
Cloris took 🥇 1st overall in Cadet Girls.
Lucas powered to 🥈 2nd overall in Cadet Boys.
And Chris sprinted to 🥈 2nd in the 1‑lap race.

Fantastic effort from everyone, strong racing, great results, and a brilliant day for the club. 💛🖤

Next stop: marathon championships at Colchester! 🛼🔥

🏁MRSC in Belgium — Flanders Grand Prix 🏁 ! 🇧🇪🛼🔥

A brilliant weekend of racing for the club, with Isla and Cloris!

Cloris was out in GB Development colours, Team GB Inline Skating, representing the squad with confidence and delivering a fantastic weekend of skating.

Isla also had another fab weekend, showing speed, determination and real fight in every race she lined up for.

Both skaters handled seriously competitive fields and put down performances that made the whole of MRSC proud. 💛❤️🔥

Next stop: Stourport Road Race Series at the end of the month — back on home turf and ready to roll! 🛼✨

Well done to our Cloris for making it onto the GB Development Squad selection for the Flanders Grand Prix 2026!!!

🏁 2026 Outdoor British Championships, what a weekend! 🛼🔥
Fab racing from all our athletes.

Cloris smashed it, taking the overall Cadet Girls title, brilliant skating all round 💪.

In the Pupil/Cadet Boys relay, Joseph, Josh and Lucas powered through for a fantastic 🥈 2nd place.

Our youth girls showed great fight in a tough field, and our youngest Mini gave everything in his first ever Champs, amazing determination.

🏁 WISS Race at Tatem — last Sunday! 🛼🔥
Fab racing from everyone, and even more impressive given the heat, huge effort all round and brilliant performances throughout the day.

A big shout‑out to Cloris, who won her category overall and took the win in her age‑group race strong, confident skating from start to finish. 💛🔥

Another massive shout‑out to Joseph, who came 🥉 3rd overall in his category, showing real determination as he makes his comeback from injury. Fantastic racing and great to see him back on form. 💪🛼

Well done to all our skaters who took to the start line, proud of every single one of you.

Our weekly sessions are open to all ages and abilities — perfect for beginners, developing skaters, and anyone wanting to build confidence, fitness and speed.

We train at two great venues each week:

Saturdays, 4–5pm at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, Solihull

Sundays, 9–11am at Broughton Astley Leisure Centre

Whether you're brand new to skating or looking to level up, you’re welcome to join us. Come roll with the team! 🛼✨

🛼 Colchester 6‑Hour Endurance! 💥
What a fantastic day of racing, teamwork, and grit from everyone who took part.

Our mixed team delivered a brilliant performance, securing 🥉 3rd place — especially impressive with several first‑timers stepping up to the challenge. Amazing effort from start to finish.

A huge well done as well to one of our coaches who completed the 6‑hour solo to raise money for BUDS, a charity very close to Cisca’s heart 💜.

Proud of all our skaters today.

Congratulations to John! Massive achievement for you and for the sport!!

John Fry (Senior) received his MBE medal yesterday at his investiture at Windsor Castle. John was presented his medal by Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal, who was most interested to hear all about roller speed skating in the UK 🙂
