This picture obviously isnt an actual time frame of this ladies life, but what can be taken from looking at the picture is a map, a map that will show how the body declines as we age, with and without the help of strength training. On the flip side, its never too late to build strength and muscle, I've personally seen people 70 years and upwards gain back some strength.

On the bar here, lyndsay is lifting a total of 105kg, let's just say, she's close to lifting double her body weight, this type of heavy lifting isn't for everyone, but if you have it, use it :)
