I am a qualified Boxing for fitness, beginner, advanced and Elite instructor and am available for 1-1 private coaching or small group training.

⭐Static strength

⭐Static strength is a key element of fitness and an important element in functional training. We use it everyday as we stand in line at the till, or for the shop assistant, that has to stand all day.

🌟Static strength is also used in sports were you are having to hold a position, often against an opposing force.

In functional training we want to get the most out of every exercise. With this pulling exercise (a key element of fitness) we are using a stability ball to provide a stability challenge, therefore recruiting more muscles.
