Thursday Nights at the Brough Classic are something special

What a week. ⛳️

The 2026 Brough Classic, proudly sponsored by The One Point , was everything we hoped it would be, and more.

Over two fantastic days, we welcomed a full field of 48 teams, bringing together some of the finest professionals and amateurs from across the North of England to compete on a course presented in outstanding condition.

A huge thank you goes to every player who took part, our sponsors, volunteers, officials, members and staff whose hard work behind the scenes helped make the event such a success. From the first tee shot on Thursday morning to the final presentation on Friday evening, the atmosphere around the club was superb and showcased everything that's special about Brough Golf Club.

Special recognition must also go to our greenkeeping team, who prepared the course to an exceptional standard. Their dedication ensured the players enjoyed championship-quality playing conditions throughout the tournament.

Events like the Brough Classic are about much more than golf. They celebrate competition, friendship, sportsmanship and the incredible community spirit that makes our club so special.

Thank you to everyone who supported the event, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

We already can't wait to welcome everyone back for the 2027 Brough Classic.
