For those who know me, this post isn’t a “me” thing to do. Also, not super comfortable in of a camera.
This has always been a sanity not vanity thing for me.
However it’s still very effective marketing in this industry. It’s important that when choosing a PT, you pick one with a ton of experience, working with a variety of people. One that can easily adapt… and one that practices what they preach.
Keeping active has like a zillion benefits & no downsides. If you are unsure, or would like some guidance, then feel free to reach out.
