Surrey Rifle Association Welcome to the official Surrey Rifle Association page. You can find out more about us on our website. Then the Surrey is the place for you!

The Surrey Rifle Association is primarily involved with full-bore rifle shooting which covers Target Rifle, Match Rifle and F-Class. As our name suggests, we are also the target rifle home for the County of Surrey, but this is neither a requirement of membership nor for participation. Indeed, we have members from as far afield as The Caribbean, New Zealand and South Africa. However we're not all a

bout a Highest Possible Score or Grand Aggregate position, the SRA is also recognised as a club with a healthy social scene too. So, if you're interested in a conversation with a fellow shooter who just beat you or you fancy a seat in a lively garden setting or perhaps a sing-song with 150 people during the Imperial Meeting?

A fabulous weekend in the clubhouse and on the range.

On Saturday night, former Surrey captains, friends and current teammates joined John Bellringer to celebrate his 50th season as a Surrey team member. In an extraordinary County career, John has now represented the County on 175 occasions. We presented John with a framed ceremonial cap in Surrey colours as a token of our gratitude for his extraordinary commitment and longevity at the top of our sport.

On Sunday afternoon, John was joined on the range and in the team by 16 year-old Aaron Patel, shooting alongside his proud Dad. In very challenging wind conditions, Aaron put in a nerveless performance and contributed to a 37-point winning margin over Kent and Sussex in the KGV Home Counties heats. We look forward to competing in the final in July.
