This Mental Health Awareness Week, together with we’re focusing on mindful movement, rest and fundraising

Our target across the Hotpod Yoga community this year is to raise enough to fund 1000 potentially life saving calls -
£12,000.
Here’s how you can help to support the amazing work they do:
