‼️ INTRODUCTION TO OLYMPIC LIFTING WORKSHOP
do you struggle to lose weight? Are you tired of spending hours on a cardio machine and doing abs exercises?
Then this is for you. I am offering you a 4 week Olympic weightlifting course to learn how to confidently approach a barbell and complete a fully body workout. These compound movements are more effective for fat loss and muscle gain than your average gym session. Not only this but we will start from the basics and develop confidence in the gym. Perfect for improving mobility, flexibility and getting that fully body definition. No experience is required!

- small group session
- Tuesday evenings for 1 hour for 4 weeks starting 19th September
- WhatsApp support group
- access to video feedback and check-ins from me for the 4 weeks
- £150 for 4 weeks of learning
- full completion of course gives you 20% discount on a block of 4 PT sessions with me to continue your journey
