Pole fitness is a challenging full-body workout, helps build strength, flexibility and confidence! High Quality & Professional Pole Dancing Classes!

Pole finesse offer weekly, pay as you go, pole fitness classes at Dodford Village Hall, Bromsgrove. Classes allow you the flexibility to train and keep fit when it suits you. Plenty of free parking available. Our instructors Lucy and Jayne have more than 10 years’ experience in teaching pole fitness between them. We welcome you to train with us, get fit, have fun and learn a new skill at the same

time. Classes are suitable for adults of all ages and all levels of experience. Booking is essential due to limited number of spaces available! Only £8.00 per session held on Monday 8pm - 10pm and Wednesday 7pm - 9pm. What do I wear? Please dress in comfortable fitness attire, such as shorts, (not leggings) T-shirts or vest top. Exciting news from Pole Finesse ✨

For the next few months, we’ll be using the large hall at Dodford Village Hall on Wednesdays, giving us the space to introduce aerial classes alongside our usual sessions.

If you’ve trained with us before, this is a great chance to try something a little different. If you’re new here, you’re very welcome to come along and give it a go.
