"We booked the self-launch paddle board session and had a fantastic day on the lake with a group of friends. The weather wasn't on our side initially, and our Saturday booking had to be postponed due to strong winds. However, the team were excellent at keeping us informed and quickly rearranged our booking for Sunday, which was especially helpful as we were staying on the campsite.

The lake itself is beautiful, with stunning scenery providing the perfect backdrop for a day on the water. We had a great time paddling, relaxing, and enjoying the surroundings.

The safety crew and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout our visit, helping to make the experience both enjoyable and safe.

Overall, we had a brilliant day and are already looking at dates to come back. Highly recommended!"

Our summer programme is now live! ⛵

Running from 25 July - 27 August 2026, our action-packed activity programme is suitable for all ages and abilities. Activities include paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, high ropes or eFoiling.

Or go the whole hog and sign up for children's Multi-Activity Week to enjoy a whole range of different activities!

We are also running a variety of two-day RYA sailing courses for children and adults.

Your participation in the Bioblitz will help us gather accurate data about the biodiversity in our area. This information is crucial for understanding ecological health and informing future conservation efforts.
