A mixed weekend for Broadway CC with plenty of effort across all sides 👇

🔹 **Sunday – U11s**
Our Under 11s put in a strong performance but narrowly lost out to Chipping Campden:
Broadway CC 90/5 (Net 265)
Chipping Campden CC 106/6 (Net 276)
👏 Great effort from the youngsters – lots of positives to take forward!

🔹 **Saturday – 2nd XI**
The 2s fought hard but were beaten by The Lenches:
Broadway CC 153/9 (40)
The Lenches CC 159/6 (37)
💪 A competitive game, but just not quite enough runs on the board.

🔹 **Saturday – 1st XI**
Another close contest, with the 1st XI just missing out:
Broadway CC 168/9 (45)
The Lenches CC 174/5 (38.2)
👍 Plenty of fight shown against strong opposition.

🏏 Weekend Report – Broadway CC 🏏
A mixed weekend for Broadway CC, with a brilliant win for our juniors and frustrating weather interruptions for the senior sides.
👏 Under 11s Victory!
A fantastic effort from our Broadway CC Under 11s, who secured a 4-run win over Ashton-Under-Hill CC.
Broadway posted 65/4 from 16 overs, finishing with a net score of 245, just enough to edge out Ashton-Under-Hill’s 86/9 (net score 241).
It’s great to see the hard work and commitment at training on Thursday evenings paying off, with the team continuing to improve and showing real determination and teamwork out in the middle. A brilliant effort from all involved! 💙💛
