So I've put two new session into timetable,
Wednesday 9.15am Power Pilates
Friday 7.45 am Pilates / KB combo!

With soooooo many training now on, I thought best to reformat and share them.

Until a few weeks ago I only ran courses, never allowing drop ins……
This is still pretty much unchanged with the exception of:
Monday pm Kettlebells🤸🏽‍♀️
Thursday am Pilates🤸‍♂️
Saturday am Kettlebells🤸
Now available as single sessions.
However, you still MUST book these in advance.

For those who want to mix and match 🤸🏽‍♀️face2face with💻 online you 💯% can! Just ask and we can make it work.

Thank you for all your continued support and or course hard work.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing such positive changes in peoples body’s & minds.

Probably one of the most asked/ thought questions…..

Time is something we all seem to value and need more of….

With my style is say ideally 3 hours, kinda sounds a lot…. But is it really?

3 hours out of 168 a week!

*It’s a few episodes of Netflix…
*A casual scroll on Instagram that turns into half hour or plus a few times a week!
*Trip to hairdressers
*Three wash machine cycles
*Long lunch
*Mooch around the shops
*Lay in bath x 3/4

The point is, 3 hours is very achievable.

*Exercise whilst everyone sleeps
*Exercise whilst dinner cooks
*Exercise whist kids do homework
*Exercise at lunchtime
*Exercise whenever you can squeeze it in
*Or delegate a job to someone else….. *JUST BOOK TIME FOR YOURSELF

I guarantee everything else you need to do will get done!
