I have previously worked with athletes that compete for Great Britain in both athletics (mixed events) and dodge ball, as well as working with athletes currentl

y competing in the BBL (British Basketball League). I have worked with other coaches such as ex-professional tennis (S&C) coach Steve Green and previous GB athletics coach June Plews conducting workout plans and altering posture. Due to working alongside such athletes and coaches I have conducted workouts to reduce fat, gain muscle to increase strength as well as increase athletic ability such as speed, power and endurance. Other than athletic ability I also revolve a lot of my workouts around improving peopleโ€™s overall posture and health, as I have a lot of experience in nutrition from helping to increase energy levels during workouts to increasing or decreasing in muscle and fat levels. I work a lot with people suffering from injuries or other impairments by completing workouts that help strengthen the weaker areas, gain posture as well as increase the range of motion to help prevent any problems in the future and allow them to complete full workouts. My workouts range from full body circuits, Olympic lifts and cardiovascular to isolating certain movements or areas and improving them in both movement and strength.

If you finish the set with perfect form you didn't get those last reps, push for growth if that's your goal

I am very grateful and proud to be part of the team that opens this club! Lots of fun, stress, up and downs. I can definitely say its been worth it all.
The PT team have been amazing, putting up with me changing my mind on the layout over and over again ๐Ÿ˜… but we finally nailed it!
