Broadstairs Tennis Club's Walking Tennis group welcomed our friends from Whitstable LTC to an afternoon of social play on Friday 21st August. They brought a squad of 15 players and supporters and we all mixed in for a fun afternoon. The sun shone and the Pimms flowed, accompanied by vast amounts of cake. All very healthy!

This Wednesday we shall be representing the Club at a Walking Tennis festival at Polo Farm Canterbury with several other clubs.

An exciting week of tennis at Walmer Open enjoyed wonderful sunny weather.
Broadstairs were strongly represented by Clare, Josh, Rodney, Christian, Carl, Sue and Graham.
Sue and Graham were O45 Mixed Champions again after a closely fought tiebreaker win.
Christian partnered with our coach Jack Pegden to win a feisty affair in a championship tiebreaker.
