The routines, the entertaining, the endless snacks, the driving around… sometimes you just need an hour where nobody needs anything from you! 😂

A friendly adult class for those with some previous experience — no pressure, no judgement, just time to move, dance and reconnect with something you enjoy. 🩵

A beautiful afternoon tea filled with delicious treats, good conversation and wonderful company at Lincombe Hall Hotel Torquay. 🫖🍰💕

It was so lovely to spend a little time together away from the studio and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of laughter, friendship and of course, plenty of cake! ☺️
