This week has been a good one

Me and vik got some well overdue quality time together, with a night out for dinner and a little golf.( I won obvs) 😁 Was great to spend some time together that wasn't being a parent, if you know you know.
Isabelle has been showing more of an interest in training so we hit the gym together, she will be a force in the future.x
Clients this week have been smashing weight loss by not making it the main focus, remember guys weight loss works as a by product of making better choices for your body. It's not how much you weigh, but how you carry your weight 💪💪💪
The 2-1 sessions have been a lot of fun this week too.

My.trwiming has been all about strength this week with my.training changing focus back to hyrox in October, it's been weird not running as much this week but I have missed the strength work.
