Ladies Self Defence:
Wednesdays term time: 7-8pm. Redcatch Community Hall, Knowle, BS4

Free first class. Taekwondo WTF (World Taekwondo Federation). Run by Grandmaster LeVan, the LeVan Tkd Federation has run for over 30 years. I met Master LeVan in 1986 where he took me to my 2nd Dan black belt. He has in recent years encouraged me to start up a Ladies Self Defence class based on Taekwondo technique.
