Here’s the schedule for online classes this coming week:

✨ Monday
🕙 10:00am – 10:45am Pilates
🧘‍♀️ 6:15pm – 7:15pm Yoga

✨ Wednesday
🕘 9:15am – 10:00am Pilates (NEW CLASS!)

✨ Thursday
🧘‍♀️ 10:00am – 11:00am Yoga
🕕 6:15pm – 7:00pm Pilates (NEW CLASS!)

💷 All classes are £8 payable by bank transfer (details will be sent to you on booking)

🌟 First class FREE of charge!

✨ Your first class is FREE, and throughout the month of March all classes are just £8.

It is with a heavy heart that I share some personal news. Due to changes in my circumstances, I will be closing The Yoga-Lounge after our final class on 18th December.

This space has meant so much to me, and I hope it has been a place of comfort, growth, and connection for you too. With the natural pause over Christmas and New Year, this feels like the most gentle time to close this chapter.

I’ll be relocating to Somerset and will continue teaching online, with plans for retreats in the future. If you’d like to stay connected, please email [email protected].

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and beautiful energy over the years. I am deeply grateful for this community and hope to continue the journey together in new ways.
