Have you ever wanted to get involved with Rugby? Whether you've played before or are completely new to the game, we are looking for Ladies to join our team. Come down and give a training session a go with no obligation to sign up. We have Ladies of all abilities from beginners through to seasoned veterans. We aim to help our players dev

elop and we have had many of our ladies go on to represent the club at County Level. When not training or playing in matches, we are a social side with lots of different events organised throughout the year.

Congratulations to those who won awards at Saturday nights AGM (we promise nobody was super-imposed 😉)

First of all to our top try scorerS- yes we had 2! Ria Anstey and (sponsored by )
Both scored 12 tries each this season and kept it tit-for-tat throughout!

Players Player goes to (sponsored by ) for not only being lovely and supportive to everyone but also for being a force to be reckoned with on the pitch!

Coaches player goes to who has not only played out of position all season but has had some cracking interceptions/tries!

Today was not only a celebration of the girls that turned up and had fun as a team, putting into action everything from this season that they’re going to take into the next, BUT for women’s rugby as a whole!
Big thank you to Fran who organised the Bristol and district combination cup- you smashed it!
Thank you to for not only being our no1 fan girl but for always being on the sidelines to put us back together- we love you!

For the final time this season (😢) here are our celebrated players of the match!

First of all, these could have gone to anyone on the pitch- the team started as they meant to go on, full of positivity and with the attitude of showing our progress through this season by just having fun!

Our stand out players are:
🎖️ For one last time, as she moves on to pastures new next season Back of the Match- our number 9- . For her consistency, ability to control the game and breakdowns so well and fantastic kicking skills!
Ellyse I think it goes without saying but we will all miss you, your positivity and natural flare. You have been an asset to the team over the years and it won’t be the same without you 🖤🤍 once a sod, always a sod!

🎖️Forward of the Match- Courtney!- for her epic try, work rate and positivity on the pitch as well as her dominant carries and defence!

🎖️Players Player- aka lightbulb! She had an awesome game, was all over the pitch, had some great runs and always puts her body on the line!

And in the blink of an eye the 25/26 season is done, and it was an absolute blinder.

From carrying flags for the women’s World Cup to coming second in the league, the team loved every minute.

The growth of the team in both skill and numbers (11 debuts!) has been special to watch this year. Going from strength to strength in defence and powering through players in attack.

I can’t believe it’s done, but it’s been truly spectacular to spend the season with such a fantastic bunch.

Final score of the season. What a game, what a team! Couldn’t be prouder of the effort and growth from the team this season and last night showcased just that.
The girls went out with positivity and the goal of just having fun. That’s exactly what we did!

Finishing this season second in the league is fantastic and gives us new goals to achieve next season.

Big shout out to for his hard work, perseverance and extraordinary patience! We hope we’ve done you proud!

And just like that, the last game of the season is upon us 😭 and what a season it has been!! Playing the final HOME game of the 25/26 season against !

We have grown together as a team this season and are looking forward to going out on Friday and having fun!
