Athletics & Cross Country
University of the West of England Athletics and Cross Country Club. The club caters for beginner, casual and elite athletes boasting coaching for runners, both endurance and sprint, jumps. We are a very inclusive club and welcome absolutely anyone who wants to give it a go! We offer plenty of opportunities from cross country competitions to road races and casual park run

Wednesday:
Throws - 14:00-16:00
Jumps - 16:00-17:30
Thursday:
Track, endurance and sprint 18:30-20:30
Saturday:
Parkrun

Longer social runs
Club packages:
Competitive membership £70
This includes all competitions including BUCS, the training in the timetable
Non-Competitive membership £40
This membership includes track training for running (Tuesday and Thursday), Saturday run and Sunday circuit training. There is always the option to top up your membership, so don't worry. If you feel you'd like to compete, just ask a committee member and we'll guide you in the right direction. President: Verity Potts
