Busy night at Broadplain tonight! 💪🥊

Not only did we have our boxing session from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, but Ricki also put the lads from Bitton AFC through a full fitness session as they prepare for the 2026/27 season.

Nothing was left behind — just hard work, determination, and pushing beyond perceived limits. One thing we always say: the mind will give up before the body does. Believing in yourself and trusting that you've got more in the tank is key.

Fantastic effort from everyone involved tonight. 👏🔥

Sometimes you need to refine the finer details in sports, particularly in boxing which is a game of margins. This can seem boring at the time, repeating the same drill over and over… it may even seem like your coaches are being pedantic or nitpicking but it’s these minor details and perfecting a technique or drill that will win you a round, or sometimes even a fight 🥊💪🏼
