Kyokujitsu-kai is a Shotokan Karate and Kenjutsu (Samurai swordsmanship) club in South Bristol. We are a friendly & open club of families and students of all ages and abilities, and welcome new and returning members at any time. You can contact us via one of our websites listed below, or just turn up and join in. Your first lesson is always free, and has been for nearly 30 years. Our aim is person

al development and building confidence through studying the art of Karate, and through learning realistic self defence principles and techniques. These classes are suitable for both children and adults of all levels of ability. Our Kenjutsu classes are aimed primarily at adolescents & adults, due to the nature of the training and concentration required, with an interest in the spiritual and deadly swordsmanship techniques of the Japanese Samurai. Certificates are available for students/parents to view at any time. All evenings are held at Bridge Farm Primary School in Whitchurch. Karate:
Mon: 19:00 - 20:30
Thurs: 19:00 - 20:00

Kenjutsu, Japanese Swordsmanship
Thurs: 20:00 - 21:00
