What a day at the Sandy Mitchell 10s!
It was great to see the Sandy Mitchell 10s back at Lockleaze Sports Centre once again, with an afternoon of rugby, good people and some important fundraising. This was our first fundraising event of the year for Teenage Cancer Trust, and thanks to the support of everyone involved, we raised around £700. A huge thank you to all the players, clubs, supporters and volunteers who helped make that happen.
Congratulations to Bristol Saracens, who lived up to their pre-tournament chat taking home the Sandy Mitchell 10s Shield as 2026 champions.
A big thank you as well to Joe Batley from Bristol Bears for coming along to present the shield. It was brilliant to have him with us making the day even more memorable for the winners. Joe was also able to share a little about his personal support from Teenage Cancer Trust.

The rugby was competitive, played in the right spirit, and there was a great atmosphere throughout the day.
£700 raised. Five clubs. One great day supporting a fantastic cause. Thanks again to everyone who came along and played their part.
