Front five have demolished the all inclusive in Turkey
Back row have been in the gym since the end of the last season and the backs have been giving the sunbeds a hammering.

But it’s preseason time.
A time where cars break down on the way too training.
Where the kids are ill.
Where the missus has you doing diy.
Or where you just don’t answer the phone.

But you’ll turn up, moan, get cramp and ache for days.

So I popped down the club last night to see what’s going on & the lads were going through a fitness session.

They’re holding fitness sessions every Wednesday until preseason starts.

If you fancy a run about or feel that a Wednesday session is right up your street, then pop on down.

Feel free to join in regardless of age, shape, fitness level or commitment level.
