Do I cringe looking back at this 2011 footage? Absolutely. 😬 Between the neon cargo pants/headband and my "vintage" moves, it’s a lot!

​But cringing aside, this is where my obsession started. What began as a hobby became the heartbeat of my life. 14 years later, I’m still here teaching with the exact same passion (and hopefully better outfits).

I am so excited to finally share that we are expanding! I’m launching a brand new Friday morning session at The Harbour (BS4 2EG) The Harbour Totterdown starting on Friday, 6th March at 10am.

The class is officially live and ready to book online now! 💃
