Learn Krav Maga, the world’s largest reality based self defence system that has been battle tested by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) for over 70 years and has now come to Bristol exclusively for students. Lessons are run by Will Bayley who is a an occasional civilian Krav Maga Instructor to the British Army and runs BKMA clubs in Swindon and Gloucester. He is a martial artist with some 18 years

training experience and nearly 10 years teaching experience. With a background in Ninjutsu, he came to Krav Maga seeking realism in his training, attracted by Krav's superior simplicity and ease of learning, along with its touch approach to physical and psychological conditioning.

Come try something new with the UOB Pole and Aerial Arts society!!

In our collab, Krav Maga members will get the chance to try aerial hoop, spin pole and static pole. Come test your strength and make some nice shapes. The session includes mandatory stretches and a cool down.

The session is led by the Pole and Aerial Arts committee, the hour long session will have plenty of time for questions, photos and swapping skills!

This is a beginner friendly class, no previous experience is needed. Wear whatever clothes are most comfortable (leggings are best for aerial and shorts are best for pole), but please remove all jewelry and shoes before the session.

Come give self defense a go with Krav Maga! Krav Maga is an effective and easy to learn self defense technique. This session is an introduction to self defense, we will cover some basic stances, self defense techniques and situational awareness. This is a beginners’ class but anyone is welcome to join us, just wear comfortable clothes and trainers.
