🏃‍♂️ Run Strong: Because better running isn’t just about running more. 💡

Most runners push harder when they hit a plateau. But what if you could run smarter instead? That’s what this workshop is all about.

Here’s why it matters (science-backed, of course 🧠👇):

✅ Efficient form = more speed: Small tweaks in technique mean less effort, more pace.
✅ Strength = resilience: Build muscle where it counts to absorb impact & avoid injuries.
✅ Breath & rhythm = endurance: Learn how to move with your breath, not against it.
✅ Drills & feedback = instant gains: Real-time coaching so you feel the difference.

One simple goal: helping you run stronger, smoother, and pain-free. 🏃💨 This is also a great opportunity to get ready for a race later in the year.

Come along, super inclusive welcoming approach to teaching appropriate for runners at all levels.

Movement saved my life...

That's not hyperbole – when my mental health crashed in 2019, the simple act of moving my body became the foundation I rested everything else on.

Through that journey, I discovered something simple and lasting: our physical and mental wellbeing are deeply connected. That's why I do what I do today.

As a personal trainer in Bristol, I help busy professionals build strength, resilience and confidence through movement that fits around and within real life.

No extreme diets. No punishing workouts. Just practical, sustainable habits that work around your schedule.

Whether you're:

👩‍💻 - Feeling stuck at a desk all day
🏋️‍♀️ - Wanting to get back to fitness after a break
💨 - Looking to take your running to the next level
😌 - Ready to prioritise your wellbeing

I can help you create a foundation of strength that supports every part of your life.

Hey! 👋 - It's been a while since I've done an intro post... (here goes!)...

I haven’t been posting much lately—because I’ve been retraining and making a career pivot. It’s feeling a little risky (as these things do!), but also exciting to be putting myself out there as a personal trainer.

I know how hard it can be to stay consistent with training—life gets busy, motivation dips, and sometimes you’re not sure what actually works. That’s where I come in.

As a PT, I help people move better, get stronger, and feel good in their bodies. But more importantly, I know how powerful exercise is for mental health—it’s not just about fitness (or looking good in the mirror!), it’s about feeling your best inside and out.

With a background in coaching and corporate wellness, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy life.

Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, or just move pain-free, I’ll help you make it work.

How we can train together:
🏡 1-1 sessions (home or studio)
🤝 Small group workshops
🌳 Park training sessions

If you’re curious, reach out! I’d love to hear from you.

During February I’m offering some reduced-price sessions while I get things going—so if you, or a friend are keen to train, let’s chat. 💪

If we know that the body keeps the score; how can we rewrite that score? This is the question that I’m exploring in part of my work currently. I’m choosing the bring together movement, relationship and awareness into a

In ‘The Body Keeps the Score’ Bessel Van Der Kolk suggests that

“imprints from the past can be transformed by having physical experiences that directly contradict the helplessness, rage and collapse that are part of trauma.”

His is an eloquent critique of the current widely accepted approaches to healing trauma; that you are either given talking therapy, or drugs that dampen the worst of the effects. Instead he suggests a more embodied approach:

“The act of telling the story (talking therapy) doesn’t necessarily alter the automatic physical and hormonal responses of the bodies… for real change to take place, the body needs to learn that the danger has passed and to live in the reality of the present.”

But how can we give our body the experience of living in the ‘reality of the present’, a clear sense that danger has passed?

My suggestion is that we can cook up the necessary conditions for healing trauma and healthy psychological development through carefully constructed experiences that create moments of insight and change. The conditions I’m currently working with are; movement, relationship and awareness.

This new article explores the method I’m developing and shares recent reflections on two experimental workshops I hosted here in Bristol.I’m really curious to have your eyes on this work, to offer your perspectives, critique, suggestions. It’s a work in progress, and I feel there is some real gold to be uncovered…

“One of the deepest longings of the human soul is to be seen.”

― John O'Donohue

Hello! I thought it about time to do a little (re-)intro post incase you’re not sure what I do, nor why I’m here.

As above; one of my deepest longings is to be seen. Pursuing this longing has had me dive into the world of coaching and leadership development. It’s been my own path and it’s now one that I help others walk. I’ve supported 1000+ people over the past 13 years to be more seen, more heard, and more felt.

To put myself in a position of helping other’s has taken quite some work (and investment!). It’s not always been a simple or straightforward path. But, well, I’m where I’m at, and sometimes I have the privilege of being trusted to walk with others a little on their paths.

A recent business leader said the following about our work:

““Our work has been extremely valuable and beneficial to my overall state of mind, human interactions and overall personal development.””

I’m in process of launching a new ‘embodiment of leadership’ course into the world. You can find more info on this at the link in my profile.

The course is designed to help you

- Navigate major life transitions and lead with more ease and grace
- Develop a broader perspective on the process of change and emergence
- Enable more integrity and capacity when facing life’s challenges

I’d love it if you wanted to take part. Please DM me if you are interested.
