I only joined the gym a couple of weeks ago and have been really impressed with the attention to detail and the time spent with me when looking around initially and during the induction- nothing is ever too much trouble and always willing to help and give guidance and support. There is always a friendly welcome when I arrive and the gym is a great size so friendly and you do not feel intimidated in any way as you can at other places. There is a great variety of equipment which is all in great condition and well maintained. Really enjoy attending and great place to come.

Cant recommend Kick start enough it’s been amazing for our four children .
Our four kids ranging from age of five to thirteen and it suits all ages and all abilities.
Giving all our kids a massive confidence boost in many ways . Our kids would love to go everyday if they didn’t have other club commitments.
I also use the gym for the weights and cardio and it’s not like a normal gym kick start is more of a homely feel as there’s always the staff to help in any way possible and always giving friendly advise and pointer’s .
Whilst the gym has its firm ways of training the children to the highest of standards they also keep it fun for them at the same time and having the kids wanting to keep coming back . I wouldn’t want my children to train anywhere else . In my opinion I couldn’t fault it and would and have recommended it to people .
