The coaches whiteboard... A simple tool to help ensure a coherent, planned class each and every time.

After shadowing over a dozen coaches, very few use one.

Keeping a coherent structure across back to back classes I feel is extremely important.

A plan can always change and it will on first engagement, but making stuff on the fly (or the same warm up, regardless of the workout) is NOT a good process and doesn't give you repeatable results.

So you'll see warm ups and key coaching points I've planned the week before on a white board on the floor of the gym when I'm in.

And now you know wtf the scribble is on about.
